The plaster is a first generation pull off an original cowl. Our current cowl is based on the Hubie stunt cowl shell that's been available for a while with a lot of work on my part to get it back to the originals size and shape.

The photo illustrates that our fabric pattern and current cowl is the same size as the original.

As far as Adams head size, since I have the same sized dome I'd say average! 23 3/8"-23 1/2" . No, we don't make anything else anymore.
Batcapes are a real pain to make!
The other thing is that we only use original materials and there aren't a lot of folks out there willing to shell out the money for that.Just the fabric for the Batcape is close to $400.00. But it's beautiful!

I may make a few accurate belts in the far distant future. For those unfamiliar with our cowls, this cowl's fiberglass shell is based on the Hubie "stunt cowl" fiberglass shell from the show and is covered in the same type of fabric as the original.
