Hello Vella66, the plate from Samy does not seem to be stamped, looks and feels more like cast.

On the floor issue, on friday I'm going to Ohio to pickup a Doug Hines stage III kit which includes fire wall, floor boards, and a trunk floor area.

Sorry all for the quility, and size of my pictures, I will repost the picture of the parts I got from Samy. Thanx to a phone call last night from johnb88, he explained how I can reduce the size of my photos.

I do too hate seeing a car used as a donor but, what are you going to do ? I think it comes from my appreciation of the automobile. I doubt many Lincolns are going to find their way in the museums or the car the collector have to have.

They are a beautiful car and not that they don't deserve to be desired by the collector because they do in my opinion. The old time movies I watch, so many cars got destroyed over the years, pitty.

It was good talking to you the other night. I still hate seeing those Lincolns taken apart although I did the same for my car. I always liked the looks of them, those RR grills! Thanx, patman, and John, I know I missed some fun! But my young son, and I towed the body you see there to the scrap yard this past Saturday, we had some enjoyment watching the huge fork-lift toss it around, and drive over it till it look like a pancake.
