As most if not all Bat builds require the lowering of the Radiator which in turn requires a separate coolant fill at engine head level or higher to completely
fill the system without air bubbles Moroso makes this handy water neck fill that simply replaces your stock thermostat housing
with one that is 2.5" higher...end of problem.

you can also use an in-line filler neck that installs in the upper hose. www.summitracing.com has both styles.

A pic I took of the # 1 behind the beak just weeks ago...
just one electric fan and simple tube brackets appear to hold it in place... I doubt they even had this setup in the 60's

Don were you in LA. for gathering in Feburary, I had no clue I really would have liked to shake your hand,Great work! Do you have an idea what your 89 kit will
run? I just need to sell my first 66 summers is acomming (still have it, love my car, we get to drivem in winter) but I really want an 89 also! Yours looks
great! Are you gonna make a tumbler we all know you love a challange,too soon to ask?

Ya a little too soon to ask...it won't be a Tumbler though...it'll be a all steel 66.
