I realy like the generous returns on your bumpers. It will not be long and you will be working from the other side of those molds to create one of the nicest Batmobile body shells ever produced.

Nice finish on your moulds,but I'm confused, it looks like you sprayed orange tooling gel coat on your buck but the finish on you moulds is black, can you explain please?

I applied aprox. 1 mm of a gel coat layer: half a milimeter of black gel coat and half a milimeter orange gel coat. the purpose of this method is to have the orange gel coat as an indicator of how worn is the mold. because you have to polish the inner surface of the mold as you go pulling pieces. I'm being optimistic 'cause I think I can get many, many bat body shells!
