I know Bob Johnson and Kevin (Nodeman) speak with and sometimes see Samy from time to time, maybe send Kevin an email and ask if Samy's co-ordinates have changed.
As far as the rear "wheel wells" on the Lincoln are concerned, I simply cut off whatever I needed for clearance (getting the shell down low enough on the chasis) and rebuilt them after.
Don's kit may sit a little higher than mine on the chasis and you may not have to cut anything off the tops (I think I cut about 2" off the top of my wells).
