Posts: 10 (06/28/05 10:25 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	my name: Alfredo (i go by APPLE) live: san antonio, texas first time long time viewer. i'm a huge batman fan, much like everyone here. i just wanted to say hi and maybe a quick history of myself and batman. it started young when i was 3 or 4 and my mom worked at woolco i would always run to the toy section and ask my mom to get me another batmobile. i must have had 10 '66 batmobiles in 1979! i'm 29 now and love the history of batman. i love the batmobiles also. i love the 1930's-2005. i love them all. i have a special place for the 1940's ones for some reason. i remember in middle school a local cbs channel replayed the 60's show and i recorded every show they showed on vhs. anyhow, i love batman period. right now i'm trying to get information on building my own 1989 batmobile. i would love to build this one, but i would also down the road to buy a 1966 batmobile also.

Pets: dog,2 cats, 3 cockatiels,4 sugar gliders 2 chinchillas,1 ferret. I collect diecast cars from the movies, still trying to get an all metal batmobile, I have a Sidkit which is real nice, but it's not metal.I have loved the 1966 batmobile my whole life and even had a ride in Robin's side of the car, a dream come true!

I,m glad to see i,m not the only cat in his 40,s to still be crazy about the car I remember when they ran the first tv show i fell in love with it and i,m still nuts about it. Ihad the chance to meet George Barris at the autoramma in Dallas 2 years ago he ,s a real nice guy i asked him what he thought about how fans are still crazy about the Batmobile he said it,s amazing .I,m lookin foward to a long run here

My wife Jill and I have 3 boys, and we love all things BATMAN, especially the Animated series!...We live in Rotterdam, NY. I have a rather large collection of Batman related items, from action figures, die cast and assorted Batmobiles, comics, etc....aside from collecting BatStuff, my other favorite Barris creation is THE CAR (1977), in which I have die cast and resin models of, and many of it's movie posters from all around the world...between the '66 Batmobile and The Car, I developed a love for Lincoln Continentals at an early age...now I own a '79 and a '66! Chris from Upstate, NY pointed me to this board (thanks Chris!), and I hope to make as many friends as possible! Thanks for having me -Matt
