My SE has fially arrived back from my personal detailer the follwing is what He did in 5 weeks..He stripped off all the silver paint canopy trim and replaced it with bare metal foil and then bare metal foiled inside the doors.He painted the batray stripe and painted the batray lenses yellow, painted the antler lenses clear red, shorten the nozzel, replaced them silly looking chutes with apair off my standard car and added some detail.He added 2 red labels to the body one behind the trunk antenna and the other front of the photo-etched batbeam.This I thought about for a awhile and then decided why not..I had him paint the the trunk louvers and they turned out nice.He also added a few nice surprises I didn't even know like..added some pin stripe red on the fins and painted red inside the fin.The batcomputer was re-painted with a variety of colors.The final thing left to do was a good polish.I added some minor detail to the interior that Mattel didn't do and highlighted some existing detail that was already there.If you notice that I painted the buttons red just above the steering wheel as Mattel only painted them white.I added extra detail Mattel didn't do.I decided not to move the batphone because some replicas show it there and some show it forward under the dash.Well, I hope everyone that views these pics enjoys them as much as I do because now I own a sweet diecast ride of my own.
