And if so is there a better set on the market right now or is this the one to buy? Thanks for any info!

I don't really know the in's and out's of Amazon, but since their site took me directly to this one I figured they were together somehow. and as a customer if I bought I would have assumed I was still working with Amazon...but maybe not at that point??
