Anyone see this or bid on it? A past ebay auction.
Looks like the Futura went from its debut on January 8, 1955(Chicago Auto Show) to the Jan. 23rd St. Louis Auto Show. I wonder how many more appearances early that year? |

No idea...
But seeing that little kid leaning over on the driver's door and touching the car, makes me wonder, just how many people have "touched" this vehicle since it's inception? If you stop and think about that, the numbers would be off the charts. I wonder if any other existing vehicle has been handled by as many people over the years? I missed that ebay auction apparently also. Nice find! |
