I finally started building the Polar Lights Batcycle and I am beginning to understand why I build model cars. This is a lot of work!

Good stuff! All of my Polar Lights Bat stuff is still in the shrink-wrapped box (because I'm a modeling clutz/idiot). Fool that I am, I'm considering
buying the 1:350 U.S.S. Enterprise...knowing full well that I'll most likely hog it all up if I choose to build it.
Maybe I should by some throwaway models and experiment... Anyway - back on topic...looks like you're off to a great start...I really enjoy watching progress pics...keep 'em coming. |

Nice job, so far! I already know the finished model will look fantastic! (I know how you roll, as they say...)
Yes, Eric, they're a LOT less work if you don't build them. They're a lot easier to dust on the shelf that way, too...

Thanks for the much needed words of encouragement guys.
I thought for a brief moment about drilling the hole for the stick in another part of Robin but it just didn't seem like the right thing to do. The only kits in my collection I won't build look like this. Now if I can just find an original Aurora Batboat to round out the collection.....
