Is this the real deal? Press release is below photo. Also was the Batcycle really designed by Tom Daniel?

That is Dennis Stines/Jim's former car. The Batcycle I have not seen a pic yet, so not sure if it is real or not. If you go to my other site www.thebatcycle.com you will learn it WAS designed by Tom Daniels and built by Dan & Korky. |

Pics are here from the event. I cannot tell if the bike is "real" or not...need more
pics. The fairing shape looks off though.

The car looked nice, beautiful paint, I do prefer the shiney steel canopy trim vs the black trim as seen on this car. The cycle looked very good , but I dont know much about em and probably cant tell one from the other. There was a sign in front of the car that stated it was a replica, but it was the autoshow program that referred to it as the "original " .

EEEE-GADS!!! That Batmobile has a sign leaning on it stating:
"1966 CHEVROLET BATMOBILE" as Hank Hill would say: "Just kill me now...." |

That split-window Vette is awesome looking. Forget the Bat-vehicles show me more of the Vette!!!

The more I look at that Vette and imagine it black with cherise trim, you really can find a lot of similarities to our old '66 car, frankly I don't
think it would take many changes to make that Vette into a modern updated version of the '66!
(Racop---get on it buddy!)

The Vette | ||

Eric , this car is really spectacular........the Batmobile drew a lot of onlookers , mostly reminiscing about their childhoods, but this Vette really got the imagination going !! I saw one on Transformers II. The car at the Miami auto show is slightly different, take a look at the exhaust in my photos vs the pics you posted or other pics from google images.......that car has circular exhaust pipes from the rear....this car has rectangular exhausts. In any case I dont know how many of these are made , I just wish that one of them was MINE !! |

Parts of the Batcycle DO look authentic and "real." I bet it is.
I would take the Vette over a Batmobile too...Shhhhhh |

Joey has a bat vette, but if y ou painted this black, toss on a few bat stickers and wheel spinners, and I would so drive this....

Both the car and the bike look terrific. Just my opinion and not meant as an insult, the Batmobile looks incomplete with out the bright work around the
canopy.
